Engine has 116K miles on it.

I'm not feeling those scaratches. u can see in the top pic to the left of the oil hole what i'm talking about. I'd change them.

Yea i see that scratch..its pretty deep. I think i did that pulling the cam out. UGH!!

I'll just be safe and throw in some nice ones

the last motor i built i used the speed pro bearings through out the motor since the customer wanted to be cheap about it but they worked really well. The car even performance better than i expected. As for that scratch, it doesnt look like u did that pulling out the cam.

dirt and debre in the oil. Thats y its very important to keep ur oil clean. I recomend every 3k miles or once every month and a half.

Ive only had the car for about 6,000 miles and ive done 2 oil changes. So I guess it was the previous owner.

Most probibly. good maintenence will help prevent this.
