How do I keep the crank pulley from spinning

I'm trying to get the crank pulley off, but whenever I try turning the bolts, it just spins. I'm using a breaker bar but still no luck. Do you think I'll have to have someone with an air ratchet loosen them up, or is there a way I can keep it from spinning. Thanks.

Get a couple long screws and thread them through the holes on the outside of the pulley, use a wrench to hold the screws and have a buddy try to loosen the screws. It's a pita but it seems to work.

I stuck a skinny prybar through one of the balancer openings and rested it against the block securely and broke the bolts loose.
