Not sure what this is but how do I do it on my LT1 and what will this help? Combustion? Just let me know all the info I need to do this and if it will help me any because I seem to be having some ignition problems.

 

It's not something you need to worry about. Usually only hardcore racers do it to get that last ounce of horsepower.

 

I agree you don't need to index them, but if you are determined to do it here ya go. It's not worth the trouble IMO
