Re: how do i get my E break to re-latch?

Yea, just gotta kinda fiddle with it. Put the button/rod in and take a skinny screwdriver or whatever will fit inbetween the arm and push the rod near the hooked end upwards. Kinda hard to explain but, while your doing this, be pushing the button like you were trying to release the brakes. It'll finally snap back in place. Key is, you gotta have something to push that rod upwards to get behind that release tab. Real technical eh?

Re: how do i get my E break to re-latch?

Man I had the same problem a while ago. I messed with mine for like an hour, freaking out thinking I'll never get it back on There is this peice that pivots down in the bottom that the metal hook thingy attaches to. For me my problem was that is was fliped up in the wrong position so it wouldnt grab. You need to stick you finger in there and flip it the other way while you try to reattach the hook thingy (not the technical name ) I hope this helps you sorry if I am beening too vauge , Good luck

Un bolt the two bolts holding the entire handle down. Attach the cable to the handle "cam lobe". Pull really hard on the cable, and clamp it off with vice grips. That should give you the slack to put the bolts back in.

Yea it only takes like 1 minute to do it. Helps to take a flashlight the first time and see what your hooking it to.
