How to clean tb??

I need something to do tomorrow besides change my 02's just wondering how do you clean your throttle body like what do you use to do it??

O2 safe throttle body cleaner and a rag.

I take the throttlebody off the car, remove the top plate & gasket and all other easily removed components and hit it with Gumout and a rag.
