How to check for fouled plugs?

How to check for fouled plugs?

I think I might have fouled some of my plugs where both my 02's went bad how can i tell if i fouled them thanks

Pull them out and look at what condition they're in. I would just buy a set of new plugs since you have to remove them just put new ones in.

Without pulling them out, you can also get an idea of your plugs going bad if your MPG drops a lot and if you now have a rough idle. Also, if you notice your trap speeds have gone down a lot recently, this is another indication.

But pulling a few out to check is definitely the best way to tell. I'm just saying that if your performance at the track is not suffering and your MPG hasn't dropped, then your plugs are most likely not fouled.

my mph is down in the 1/8th a mph!, and ive added headers since the last time I ran , both the 02s messed up on me im thinking it fouled the plugs , I think I should at least be up a mph from last year with the additiion of Long tubes

You have replaced the O2 sensors? I will stick with my suggestion of replacing the plugs. LT's should have improved your times.
