How bad is it to install Mac Midlength's

I did a search and could not really fine what I was looking for.
How bad is it to install Mac Mid length Header on a 1994 Z28 LT1.
I want them emission legal. What other parts do I need? I have the single Cat.
I would like to do the header install at the same time I do the Delteq

Thanks
Mark

These should help.

They are easier to install than Long Tubes, but no header install is easy. I probably logged 14 hours total for mine, start to completely finished.

I did my MACs in about 8 hours by myself, and then my Jet Hots in about 3. MACs are one of the easiest headers to install, but having a friend for motivational support is nice.

Oh yeah, I forgot that the install included removing my entire exhaust including manifolds, y-pipe and stock exhaust and installing my Headers, Hooker catback and the cat, so I would plan somewhere around 8-12 hours. Getting the stock manifolds off is the hardest part.
