I have built old school motors but never a lt1 how do I adjust the spark timming on a lt1?

 

Laptop, cable, and tuning software. No way to do it manually.

 

old school dosen't work on the lt1 get out your lap top, cable and either tuner cat or lt1 edit. Do a search on either and you will find a ton of stuff.

 

My car is a 1993 will the custom chip take care of this?

 

It depends what you are tring to do? it will probably advance the timing a bit but the stock timing is pretty aggressive. I would actually stay away from the "chips" have pcm for less or ion on the bored here burn you one.
