How are the 02 sensors supposed to ready??

How are the 02 sensors supposed to ready??

Is one supposed to stay around 450 and the other fluctuate or are they both supposed to ready?? b/c one of my friends say one is supposed to stay kinda the same but the mechanic i took my car to told me they were both supposed to move any ideas??

theyre both supposed to move unless at WOT. If they jump around and look like they are broken because the change so much, then they are working. If its just sitting at a number... then its broken.

I know you can turn the key on and they should get rather toasty to the touch.

They should both be showing something. The sensor should show about 450mv at the time you turn the key on then start to fluctuate depending on the oxygen content of the air near the sensor. This is true for both.

well i think my drivers side is broke then b/c it stays right around 450 while the passenger side runs like it is supposed to atlease i hope this is my final problem if one 02 sensor is messed up is this what it will cause.. once hot it kinda bucks and seems to run rough unless givin more than normal acceleration. Also under wot it seems to run fine does this sound right?

Get your PCM scanned for codes. DTC-13 is left O2 circuit open. It will definitely cause problem like what your having. Under WOT it possibly ignores the O2 sensors.
