Hotcammed cars that have been tuned, whats your FP?

I'm fixing to get a AFPR for my hotcammed 93 (w/24# SVO's) and I already have a chip from PCMforless. I can tell the car is running a little rich so I was wondering what fuel pressure other hotcammed cars run at that have been tuned. (Preferably with no vacuum/WOT)

Thanks guys!

Also, another quick question, how do you know if the knock sensor is retarding the timing at all on a 93?

When I had my car on the dyno the fpr was set at 50 psi. It was pegged rich on the a/f meter. We went down to 39psi and the a/f was better but not perfect around 12/1. I picked up 12rwhp and around 15rwtq.
I have Ed Wright tuning presently.

I believe its 39 psi at wot. I would have to check and the car is garaged because of snow. I do know that it is 39psi while moving It may go up slightly at wot.
Hope this helps. I can tell you for sure when the snow melts
