Hotcam 1/4 Mile times - Stock Motor

Well i went to the track and i got the following times. I know i must work on my launches

Run#1

R/T: .921
60': 2.788
1/4:14.040
MPH: 112.20

Run#2
R/T: .773
60':2.350
1/4:13.549
MPH:111.73

Run#3
R/T: .736
60':2.407
1/4:13.612
MPH:112.28

Run#4
R/T: .730
60':2.317
1/4:13.652
MPH:108.17

Those are really good trap speeds for the hotcam. You'll be way into the 12's with some traction.

You REALLY have to work on that launch!! My 95 Z M6 with Mac shorties, Cold air, & exhaust with some other Mickey mouse free mods was going 13.1's @ 106ish. With that MPH & a good launch you should see mid to high 12's no problem! Good Luck!

Good mph with stock heads. With lt4 conversion, drag radials and 2.0X 60-foots I ran 12.6Xs at 112.XX. With better starts (drag radials) you car will run mid to high 12s all day.

That's some pretty serious MPH out of a hotcam. Like everyone else has said...get those 60's down and you're in for 12's all day long.

once u get ur launches figured out, ur gonna have some really fast times for ur mods...
