If is isnt going to a wild setup in the end, just some LT4 springs and aluminum roller rockers self aligning. Proform or Summit or something if your on a budget. I like Comp Cam Pro Mags and some nice crane springs, but it's all up to what you want.

I bought LT4 springs, locks, and retainers in a kit from GM dealer for under $75.00 Prices vary from dealer to dealer. Good Luck

Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and buy some better springs.

LT4 Springs are fine for the hotcam. Money should be spent elsewhere. (Better rockers, replacing the timing chain, etc.)

Also the hot cam makes good power and is very reliable with 1.6 ratio rocker arms the stock arms are only 1.5 look into summit brand rockers if i am not mistaken Crane makes them but just doesn't put their name on them supposedly a very good set for the price
I am using the GMPP LT4 springs for my hot cam application and they are plenty of spring with this cam those will do the job you need done quite well

I believe the LT4 had lighter valves than the LT1s. I could be wrong about that, but it doesn't hurt to use a spring with a little more pressure than required for a given cam.

You can buy 3/8" rockers that fit on stock studs or go bigger to 7/16". You buy the rockers to fit the size studs you want to use. No guideplates are needed with self aligning rockers, but with non self aligning ones you will. On mild setups like a hotcam 3/8" self aligning rockers should be fine.
