Are Hooker LTs the same as The Jet Hot coated headers.

Are Hooker LTs the same as The Jet Hot coated headers.
This is probably a stupid question but are Hooker Long Tubes with the ceramic coating the same as the Jet Hot Lts. Just curious. Im debateing if when the time comes I want to run a true dual setup with Hollywood bullett mufflers or a regular cat-back with a cut out.
