Hooker Catback

I'm looking for opinions on the Hooker Catback with the quad tips. Sound, look, performance? What does everyone think?

I just got mine on a few weeks ago. I am running longtubes and it sounds amazing. Like everyone says its real quiet at idle and roars at WOT. Looks great, but Im not sure how the aluminized muffler will hold up.

Doesn't get driven in the winter so I'm not worried about the metal. I'll be running it with stock manifolds and no cats.

It's the best sounding exhaust I've ever heard on a F-body. Hands down.

I have it with MAC headers and a high flow cat.

VERY deep sounding, quiet at idle and cruising below 2000 rpms. No rasp, no hollow sound. It's a deep powerful sound.

I'm not sure how it will sound without cats. Most catbacks don't sound as good without cats.

I love my Hooker cat-back, and wouldn't want any other system period. The tips look great, it doesnt sound obnoxious, the tone is amazing, and when you step on it, it really opens up and turns heads

Now I am running the Hooker exhaust tips. The pictures in my sig are outdated as of this weekend. I liked the tips in my sig a little better. I really like the rolled chrome oval lip like in the my sig.

The tips that are in my pics are from Classic Industries I think. I bought them 7 years ago when I bought the car new. They bolt to the stock exhaust.

Right click and save these. Pretty sure they don't stream too well.

Hooker catback, no cat, manifolds.

Same as before, just with Hooker Long Tube headers.

You will need divx to view them. www.divx.com and download the codec if you don't have it.
