LOL that's what I said too. Now I have a little bit of rice in my car. Haha but I don't care, the guy at the Honda dealership was hella cool! He gave me 4 quarts for 12.99 when they were supposed to be 25 bucks. After I told him it was for my pontiac he was like "let me see what I can do." Proper service

OK Im lost, cause I thought ATF stood for AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID, which is normally NOT used in manual transmissions....right? Please clarify......

correct, but T56s (and most modern manuals) use ATF.

He didn't give you a discount. That is what they sell for at regular price.

How many miles before you guys swapped fluid and what compelled you do to it? I'm asking because I have 73k on my Z and its never been changed. Tranny seems to shift fine... Should I even worry about it?

I believe it is supposed to be changed every 7,500 miles. I could be wrong, it has been a while since I read it. I usually change mine every 7-8000. Transmission fluid is like any other protective fluid, it breaks down with miles and is less protective. I think I'd be looking into changing it if I were you. If your tranny fluid has never been changed then I doubt your rear end fluid has been either(uless the rearend has required work before). So, you might want to look into that as well.

i change mine about every 20,000 miles. Latelys its been every 12000.
Everytime i pour it out it still looks pretty much new.
