I have no idea what happend last night but here were my times

Run #1

60 ft 2.514
1/4 14.584 @ 98.6mph


Run #2

60 ft 2.467
1/4 14.671 @ 99.8mph

Run #3

60 ft 2.303
1/4 14.5 @ 99.4mph

I am used to low 14's and very high 13's, I just about died. My local track has gone to crap! No traction, a ZO6 ran a 14.3 right beside me on my 2nd run.

 

I had the same problem last time I went to the track. There were all kinds of AWD ricepots dragging water past the startline. I even had to lift once in 2nd because I broke them loose from water.

 

Thats one of the reasons I dont go to the track that often.

 

your 60ft went down the tubes.. best bet is to stay away from the "friday" night type drag's.. it tends to be overwhelmed w/ as someone put it.. "rice pot's"

 

It didn't feel like I was spinning but then I watched the video and I was wrong. A the speedo jumped a good 5-7 mph into second I was spinning so bad.
