Holley TB TPS% issues

Ive got a weird issue. Im getting a TPS high voltage code and not sure how to cure the problem. while opening the throttle body manually and watching the voltage and % open on datamaster I can see the votage moving nice and smoth from about .83 to 4.98-5volts. the problem im having is at the point when datamaster says im 100% the Throttle body is not 100% open. when I push it past the 100% point it drops the throttle body position % to 4 and it stays at 4 for a while even after you return the TB back to the closed position.

How do I adjust the TPS sensor to read 100% when the throttle body is actually open 100%?

Slot the tps sensor holes and adjust it where you want it.
