hits limiter on 1 - 2 shift

hits limiter on 1 - 2 shift

for some reason all of a sudden my car now hits the rev limiter on the 1 - 2 shift. I have a 93 firebird formula a4 with 130k on it. could be a rebuilt, i dont know. just got the car. wondering if my tranny is on its way out or not. thanks
if does have the proper amount of fluid in it.
