OK Injuneer, I think I got it!!!!! I think you were right!!!!! I took the plastic piece off that covers the throttle cables, I think I had it bolted on crooked and the cables and throttle lever were rubbing on it. I put it back on and made sure it wasnt interfering with the throttle cables, I took it out for a WOT spin and no codes came on. I appreciate your help, simple fix. Ill let you know if they pop up again, but I hope not.

 

Just kidding, just threw the high voltage code again. Im almost ready to take it into a shop.
