i just had throttle body serviced and replaced the ignition module and the optispark. But i still have a problem when accelerating, the car hesitates , anyone else has these problems? Could it be something smalll like new plugs? since the car has 120k miles on it? Thanks

 

I had the same problem after a "friend" put in the TB airfoil in my car. Check the intake elbow and make sure the bottom isn't tucked into the TB (It's kinda hard to get it on all the way around). I reattached the elbow properly and that got rid of the hesitation.
