Hesitation under part throttle

It is hesitating at maybe 30-40% throttle between 2k and 3k RPM's. when it hits 3k (I'm guessing it's comming out of closed loop) it feels like you hit a 50 shot. It made traction control engage on a rainy day (ASR).

Some additional info, I know my cutouts are messing with my O2's, but it's not thowing a code (I have a code reader and it is showing the code, but not setting an SES light). Second I just had my opti replaced a month ago. Any ideas? I've resetting the PCM and leaving the cutouts closed and it didn't help. The problem happens when the cutouts are both open and closed.

Thanks in advance!

Oxygen sensors are either getting bad readings or going bad.

They dont always throw codes.

Re: Hesitation under part throttle

I think it's throwing the code because I frequently have my cutouts open. And in order to have as much ground clearance, I had to place them relatively close to the headder collecters on my LT's. The O2's are probably 1.5-2 years old.
