Alright today, Im just drivin around and its all good for about 5 minutes, then it starts to hesitate, like really bad, i could not get past 40 mph and somtimes it would clear out and take off then slow back down again and act all weird under acceleration and the idle is really rough, I dont know what it could be?

Any help would be great

Well the opti is the main colprate to these situations. The opti is the camaro version of a distributer and it sucks because it does not respond well to water. My car had a bad hesistation under 2k rpms. and I thought it was the opti and it turned out to be my o2 sensors which is cheaper and a lot easier to fix. If you want to learn about the opti do a search since it is the most talked about item under the hood on this site.
