I couldnt find a fitting small enough for the hole so I just used an epoxy... What do ya think?

When the bearings in the waterpump wear out they will spin inside their casing causing the coolant to pour out of the wheep hole onto the opti, with a tube it wont directly hit the opti and you will be able to see if the WP is bad. I just didnt want to risk killing my opti if I am going to pay $200 for a new one.

Looks like it will work just fine. I got a fitting for mine about 3 years ago. I was gonna tap it and thread it in. 1/4-20, with a 1/4" nipple for the hose. But I still have'nt done it. Someday I'll get to it. It's something all of us 93/94 guys should do.
