Here's a tip for you 96-97 guys with !cags that still have the light

Pull out your PCM, remove the blue connector. Split the gray casing to reveal the wires inside. Find wire #15, its white. Snip it, and tape off the ends. Put everything back together, and go for a spin. No more light! As long as you have done the resistor mod, skip shift will be totally gone. Now I just need to find the right wire on my 99.... I did this on my friends 96 today, worked like a charm. No SES lights or anything!
