HELP SHOEBOX! Broke A.I.R. Diverter Valve
Ok when i stated i broke my EGR earlier i was on crack (j/k) i meant my A.I.R. Diverter Valve on the passenger side. The part that broke was the metal tubing that runs into the exaust manifold. I need to order the new one ASAP, do you or anyone else know the part number. Also, is there any kind of Temp fix for this till the part comes in ?
mines a 95 z28 , im not sure what version it is, how might i tell. also, when i order the part, does it come complete with the entire diverter valve (part that screws into manifold all the way to the rubber hose)?

The second design looks more like the driver's side.
Ok great, mine has that loop. I ordered the piping with the part number you supplied me with. Do you recomend i buy a new diverter valve too? I really appreciate all your help, this isnt the first jam youve helped me out of.

It is a check valve that allows air to go in the direction of the manifold, but keeps the exhaust from going in the direction of the AIR pump. When the valve fails you will know, because the rubber elbow hose will melt from the hot exhaust gases.
