help with SFC

I just bought some BMR sfc and I'm getting ready to install them tomorrow. I'm not sure if I should pull the rug out? Just don't want to do it, if it's not a problem.

Thanks for any help

When I had mine done they didn't remove the carpet or anything. I believe the key is to go small sections at a time to aviod excessive heat. Just be careful of the fuel lines down there.
