help on rebuilding bottom of the engine

need advice on rebuilding bottom of the engine
Just locked up my bottom part of Camaro. Had it running for only 4 days with all modifications, and I guess it was time for it 
. Don't have any motivation to work on that car by myself anymore. Want to rebuild the bottom, but don't have any clue on how much it would cost me to take it to the shop. I want to go with 383 or 355 depending on how much it costs. Can I buy already assembled bottom part with 383 in it and just do a swap. Is there any place that sells bottom ends like that. Or maybe somebody knows any body shop in Illinois that would rebuil my bottom part. What should I use for rebuilding my bottom, and how much it will cost me.
