i was wondering about what hp gain would i be looking at if i built my pro charged lt-1. that was pullin 409rwhp non tuned. and some tips on what kind of goodies i would need if i got ready to build it. like i said it non tuned and all stock besides spec clutch and alum. flywheel,borla exhaust no cats, and short shiffter. but any tips would be great . thanks

 

Why not tune it and see what it can really make? Then you would have a baseline for future upgrades.

What kind of "rebuild" are you looking at - mild freshening up, stroker for displacment increase, lower compression for more boost, forged bottom end for some serious HP? What kind of HP levels are you after? You can freshen up your present engine, get a decent tune and see a few more HP, or you can go all out with a large S/C for anything up to 1,000+HP..... you have to tell us what you are after to get some good recommendations on what to do.
