Help Please--Rough Idle!!

I have a 1994 z28 and have been experiencing a rough idle for a few months now. When your at a stop light or something the Rpm's will fluctuate up and down a bit. The opti went dead a while back and I replaced it with a new unit, that didnt cure the problem. I then replaced the stock plug wires, that also didnt cure the problem. What could be causing this? I do have a Descreened MAF could this be causing some of the rough idle problems? My car is an Auto by the way. Could somebody help me remedy this, it is very annoying.

Mods in Sig, Thanks

To find out if it's the screen, put it back in, turn key, observe.

Could be a number of things. Stuffed cat, plugs/wires, IAC, etc. Check your fuel pressure as well.
