Ok, I was driving yesterday in town and my car died. After it set for about 2 min it started back up and ran fine. Then about a block away it died again. So again I let it sit and it started back up. I did this about 3-4 times before it would not start at all. I changed the coil and that didn't fix it. It has fuel pressure when you turn the key on. I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.

But anyway, it could be a few things, but the easy answer is always opti.

 

I ordered a new one and it will be here tuesday. SO I guess I will know for sure then.

 

I had a crank sensor do the same thing to me, the car ran fine then it would shut off, after it cooled down it ran fine for a while, sometimes 10 mins., sometimes 2 days. GM mechanic told me it was the CS so I tried it, and it worked, never did it again

 

how much was a new opti.
