Just need some input, my radiator fluid low light came on in the dash. So I filled it up and then it came on again, which I see a puddle off water or fluid, so I think that it is leaking. The thing is as soon as I cut the car on it begins to heat up, then it goes all teh way to overheating in like 3 min. Does ne one have ne clue, I mean does low fluid cause it to overheat the fast?? jw, thanx. Also after that happened the car acted weird, the steering started to get hard, the check gauges came on, and it just seemed weird. Ne one who lost fluid ahve this happen to them?

 

You have a leak that is getting on the belt, causing loss of power steering and the alternator to slip. Fix your leak and bleed all the air out.
