HELP! no power, won't start!

Ok, I just changed the oil on my car because its been sitting for a couple of month due to my licence being taken away. Anyways I did the change started it up ran it, turned off then checked oil. It need at tiny bit more so i topped it off hopped in turn the ignition and nothing! no radio, no interior lights nothing. Batter has 12v and i checked all the fuses in the engine compartment and interior. Are there more fuses or an inline fuse somewhere I dont know about?? Any input would be great.
Thx, Adam

Check your battery cables? Maybe one is corroded or loose. My first thought was VATS, but you said you had nothing at all, wierd...
