Help needed, SLP shortie issues

I bought the headers from another user, so they didn't come with directions. I have a 96z28, and I can't seem to get the drivers side in. What needs to be removed in order to get it in.

If you go to SLP's website, they should have some directions for you to download from there. If not, they can send them to you.

If you have the single cat headers you need to disconnect the steering shaft at the rack. There is a small bolt , 10-12 mm that needs to be loosened. You also need to take off the oil filter. They go in from the bottom and there is not much room.

I had to unbolt the drivers side motor mount and jack the motor up a little bit. just pull the through bolt, dont unbolt the mount from the block. I also bought a set from another member and had no instructions. Thats the only thing out of the ordinary i had to do. no playing with the steering.
