Help me out!
i have a 97 z28 auto 67,000 miles...just replaced...fuel,air filters changed plugs. car has hesitation from stop to go.....as if when you stomp on the gas it has to t hink for a second. i have cleaned out the iac and no codes are showing even. this was like this before i changed the plugs...so i did this to see....wires look good....there is no idle problems.
if im going like 5mph and stomp on the gas it will drop into gear and squeal but its that 1 sec of hesitation from stop to go!
when the car starts up cold from staying over night...and i start the car up...the car runs so strong...im thinking something is getting too warm and causing this hesitation.

hmmm...yeah....no one really off the top of my head has one...maybe ill just spend the $50 for the delco module and $20 on the coil... also while im at it maybe ill space it away from the block...thanx keep the ideas coming!
Check your intake elbow. I had a friend who had the exact same problem and it turned out his intake elbow was torn where it connected to the throttle body. Once he replaced that, the hesitation was gone.
