I had the same problem, miss at 6000RPM and kinda exhaust valve is not closing.
I have posted about the problem and some suggested to check the fuel pressure at WOT and it was fine. Also, Opti was new. Some suggested it could be weak springs, Crane 10308-1.
With the help from bunker and exchanging pm's, it turned out to be valve adjustment. Did that and it resolved the problem for good.
