Get a price from our internet GM partners like Jason Cromer, Dal, etc. Shoebox has a link: http://shbox.com/1/4th_gen_tech2.html#Dal_and_Jason

I bought a set of Goodyear Hi Miler hoses from Summit. Then I began my search of places to crimp them onto the aluminum tubing. I went to at least 8 different places, none would do it for me. The closest I came was an A/C shop, but they estimated that their equipment would put too much pressure on the crimp and actually cut through the hose. And one of the shops recommended against just using a hose clamp because it was heater hose.

But then the last place I went to pointed out the obvious. It was truly a "Duh!" moment for me. They pointed out that if they can use those clip-on hose clamps on one end, why couldn't I just use hose clamps on the other end? After all, it's only like 17 pounds of pressure in there.

So I came home and grabbed the Dremel and cut the crimps off. However, I have yet to install them back in the car, so I can't tell you how it's working yet.

So, you can buy an entire set of really good hoses from any speed shop that handles them, do the labor yourself, and still be ahead in the $$$ department over what you would pay for 2 stinkin' hoses from the dealer.

The Goodyear kit works fine.. do a search on it, and it will turn up lots of advice on how to..
Regular worm type clamps are fine also..
There is one hose missing from the kit tho.. [the 3/4 hose from the hard heater pipe to the 'flow restrictor' ], other wise it is an excellent kit..
