Help! Hard start affter the car is warm!

The first start of the day is no problem it cranks right up. After it's warm I have to crank for about 5 seconds to start . By warm I mean just runing for 20 or 30 seconds. I have checked all the intake hoses from MAF to the blower to the intake no leaks. I checked plugs, gaps, and wires. The air filter was dirty so I cleaned it as well. I'm thinking it might be the ECT underneath the coil?? Any thoughts.

This started after it sat all winter.

Mine started doing exact same thing about 3 weeks ago. Then it started cutting out on me. Guess what? Opti #3 is gone.
