ive got a set of springs im intersted in buying...
and im wondering if they would be alright with a xe 230/236 112 cam..........
the springs are....
Crane 99846-16 Single Springs
Damper: YES
Outer Diameter: 1.255
Inner Diameter: .870
Seat Pressure at Installed Height: 115# @ 1.750
Open Pressure and Height: 350# @ 1.175
Coil Bind: 1.100
Average Spring Rate: 409# / in.
That gives you a total of .650 lift at coil bind, so if you were to leave .030 for clearance, that still gives you .620 lift.
