You need to run the car on a real time scanner (ie. Datamaster) to see exactly what's going on. From the way your dynosheet looks, you are either getting false knock, or you've got ignition problems. But like I said, get it on a scanner and you'll know for sure.

i just ran my 1997 z28 on the dyno this past weekend. the only mods to the car are a moroso cold air kit, march crank pulley, and a holley air foil it pulled 275 hp and 312 torque then i hooked up the crane hi 6 it jumped to 283 hp and 321 torque. the chart you have its jumping like the motor is not getting full spark it should be a smooth line going up. i would check into the ignition.

Thats what it sounds like to me too. Im betting on bad opti or spark plug wires

your AFR looks pretty good to me.. right around 12.5. Now the rest of the graph is kinda ulgy... does the car feel like it runs rough b/c it sure looks that way and you have a massive power drop around 5200 rpm.

you definitely have some timing issues be it knock retard or a plug/plug wire/opti problem.

Nope, Datamaster...

http://www.ttspowersystems.com/diagnostic.htm

It turns your laptop into a datalogger that will read OBD1 computers. It is a godsend for finding problems.

My A4 Z28 dyno'd at 238 rwhp with MAC headers, Borla exhaust, CAI, and a HPP+. Car ran 14 second 1/4 mile times at right around 100 mph.

I'd think you should dyno a bit higher with long tubes than I did with MACs. What have you run recently in the 1/4?

my 93 z ran 245 at the rear wheels.. which isn't too bad.. But I do believe it's running a little rich on fuel.. but I have no clue how to adjust it.. maybe put a fuel regulator on it or somethin

I have never ran it in the 1/4. So far its either a bad opti, plug wire, or timing issures. When i picked the car up and the guy gave me the dyno sheet he said something about plug wires but i didnt really understand what he said.

Do you know what kind of dyno it was? A mustang will read lower than a dynojet. As much as 40 or more HP. I realize you have other issues you need to solve (ignition), but what kind of dyno makes a big difference.

Your dyno sheet looks exactly like mine when it comes to the wiggily lines. It could be an ignition problem, try checking your ignition coil and maybe change your plugs and wires. I still have to take mine back to the dyno shop and see if changing the coil and wires made any difference when it comes to the wiggily lines
