Frist of all whats up everyone. Ok here is my problem i have a bad *** nova with a old school 383 stroker (60 over bore) 12:1 compression, G-team intake,daul pump holley 750,biggest cam u can get for it dont know pec's,double hump heads 202 port with port work an valve work and daul spings, little ect, anyway my ? is has anyone done a converssion on there 1994 Z from a LT1 to a old school block and how did u get it to work or do u know if i can use LT1 heads on a old school block and what intake will work the 383 in the nova is hooked up to a turbo 350 trans with a stall of 3500 it runs high 10's with NOS i currently have the LT1 out of 1994 Z sow if u would help or give suggestion thanks

I don't believe the heads will work because of the reverse cooling on the LT1. But I do know that you can fit an LT1 intake on the 3rd gen. Camaro engines so you may be able to get it machined to fit the 1st gen small block assuming that is what you have. But why would you go with that when tou already have a good intake and set up? If you want fuel injection Accel and holley make one that will work on your engine and you'll probally gain something too. I wouldn't do it, sell the parts that you have and by some better heads and such. None of this makes sense. Unless you want to mod the crap out of the LT1 and swap that in there.
