Heating up Nittos on the street

hey guys, I know there have been a bunch of other Nitto DR questions lately, but I didn't want to steal any else's thread. I was wondering how long it takes for these DR's to heat up while on the street. If I'm just cruising and come to a stop light I'm not going to do a burnout just to heat them up, am I? How many miles of regular driving do you guys usually do before they heat up enough to launch on the street?

Just an aside...I did a burnout in a parking garage last night with my new linelock. Mad Crazy. I say burn em' up at a stop light...just look for cops first.

they grip better than a street tire for normal driving
but for max traction you will need to put a fire in em'
