Just a question? How do you flush the heater core out? I dont have a manual so is there a website anyone could send me to? The reason why im asking is because my heat just went out to and im freezing my a$$ off.
Thanks
Thanks
I just had this same problem recently, and Flushing the heater core worked. Get 2 hoses from the auto parts store, the same size as the ones coming out of the heater core...get them about 4 feet long. Pull the hoses off the core and put the 4 foot ones on. Hook up your garden hose to one of the hoses, I connected mine with a clamp. then put the other hose in a bucket. Turn on the garden hose and watch all the crap that comes out. Then reverse the hoses and flush it the other way. Do this a few times until the water runs clear and without restriction. Then reconnect your heater line, run the car and bleed the system of air. Your heater should work great! Good Luck!
A little visual help.
