Heater hose R & R help needed
Heater hose R & R help needed
Howdy, I'm trying to replace the hose assembly. I can't for the life of me figure out how to twist, pull, push, or yank these things to get them out. I removed the alternator. Now, I'm catching on the oil and tranny dipstick tubes and two wiring harnesses near the back of the motor. It looks like they should twist over the top and aft of the motor, then pull the rubber hose,on the forward part, out from under the pwr steering pump, then pull and twist the whole assy forward. Then the joy of putting the new one in. Gotta love it when they install something before they installed the motor. Anybody got any suggestions?
Thanks,
Gabe
Thanks,
Gabe

haha nope I've moved them out of the way for something I was doing one time though. Here this might help. http://shbox.com/1/heater_hoses_93-94.jpg
