heads and cam predictions

well, im starting my rebuild, im going with whats in my sig plus im having my heads and intake P&P they flow around 270 at.550 intake and around 200 at .550 exhaust. with 58cc cc's and im running the .o39 head gaskets so im guessing a CR of 10.8-11. since stock is 10.4.

i was playing with desktop dyno and it said 477hp and 461tq i think its a crock so what do you guys think.

what kind of #'s will i be puttin down on the dyno and at the track

350rwhp... I know 1 person with the cam and heads like yours.. your cam has a lift of .525 so it'll never see the .550 cfm flow.
My other friend has a xe220/224 cam and made 350 rwhp also. Torque was about the same as hp... i forget what they were.

I am running cc305 ....My best to date has been 12.3 with 3600 stall, fighting obd-1 high stall issues, with stock heads....I would say you could manage a mid 12....

I ran the 12.3 with my 16" torque thrusts ....I figure with skinnies in the front would put me down in the 12.1-2 range...So you should be able to muster a mid 12 with good weather.....I race a Beech Bend Raceway Which is right near the river....and the humudity is alway like 100% So definately doable....

Stock chambers are 54cc so you are actually going to have a lower CR than stock

I'll tell you in two weeks , I basically have the same mods as you, minus the suspension work. I'm going to the track in about two weeks (weather pending)

Went to Mustang dyno last week and made 313hp with no PCM programming. And at the track went 12.75 at 110 on drag radials and severe wheel hop in second gear.

I think with the tune and practice my car will make 350hp and run 12.5 easy.
