I did all four lights in about 2-3 hours (I put one light in backwards and had to reset it). Basically the "sealed" beam is a 9006 series bulb with a non-standard mounting bracket held in with RTV sealant. I wiggled the bulbs free with a screw driver (careful not to pry to hard). Once the wiggled a bit, I twisted the bulbs like a bottle top and they popped off. Other than that I followed the instructions on the site above pretty much verbatum. I used ultra copper RTV to glue the new bulbs into the housing. Be sure get some on the inner rim of the housing so you have gooey stuff on both sides. The 9006 and 9005 fit perfectly. No modifcations to the housing or the bulbs were required.
Ahhh, about my screw up...the bulbs must be inserted into the housing in the same manner as the one removed. For example, if you take the stock low beam assembly out and look at it from the "top" (hood side) you'll notice that the wiring connector opens to the left. The Highbeams open to the right. The assembly will not fit back in its mount if you put the bulb in with the opening going the wrong direction. This is why I had to redo one of mine.
Oh and use lots of tape if you plan to install the housings without letting them sit for 24 hours. The tension from the wiring harness is enought to "unseal" the bulbs if they have not had a chance to setup well.
Also, another board member found a modified housing http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...hreadid=198566 that might interest you as well.
Enough babbling for now
I also did the same thing, with that same instruction page. No water build up, AWESOME lights. Cost me $20 a piece for each light. Took an hour or two to get it all done. Definetly worth it
EDIT: I couldnt pop mine out, so I used a heat gun on 700 degrees to loosen the glue. It got rubbery and the old ones popped right out
