I'll be installing a set of 94-95 style Mac headers and going to single cat. I'll be removing my AIR pump/equipment as well. I'll be getting tuned by MadZ28, but not immediately after the install.

So my question is, will running on stock tuning be ok for a week or two? I mean, I know I'll get a code because the AIR and the rear O2's wont exist, but will it actually hurt anything?

It will set a few codes, but no, you will not hurt anything.
