headers/emissions

I live in pennsylvania.... if I have headers and the lt4 hotcam kit... will i still pass emissions???

Depends, in the future be sure to elaborate more in your posts. Depends on what kind of headers you have, if they have all the EGR/AIR hookups and crap you should pass with flying colors, if not will be a little trickier, might need to have some computer modifications in order to pass, dont know how strict they are or what kind of test they do.

Okay okay It's late and I was half out of it. Thinking maybe a Hydro Carbon reduction kit of some kind. Back to reality everything is "crystal" now.

on the topic of emissions will have a bypass EGR system on my 94 give me problems with the tailpipe test?

Sure will. Not likely going to pass NOx without your EGR :
). Air pump you can scrap. EGR you gotta keep
