Headers
Headers
Ok, I will probally get slammed for asking this instead of spending 3 hours searching, but whatever lol.
Since going with a CAI over the ram-air is not a good option, I think I have my mind set on upgrading the headers first. My question to ya'll is what type/brand headers should I go with? The car is not a daily driver, and sees less than 5,000 miles a year, mainly a week-end car. But my long-term plans are to having it run 11s one day (hopefully lol), so what would be my best option for headers? BTW it is a 94 Hawk.

Do you have emissions regulations to deal with? If so, then I would stick with shorties or mid-lengths, SLP or Macs are two good brands. If you don't have emissions regulations to deal with, then I would consider a set of long tubes. Once again, there are several options and all the companies are very good ie: Hooker, Pacesetter, Jet-Hot and Kooks. The Pacesetters will be the best budget orientated header and the Kooks will be the most costly, but also the best quality.
The cheapest and shortest you can find, because that will save you money for more important mods like an air-foil etc... Shortest, think of the weight reduction alone right there.
Use the search feature!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But seriously go with the Kooks stepped 1 3/4-1 7/8 X 3" LT's.

way less than three hours for this one. you could have already found all of your answers by now.
BTW id go pacesetter long tubes all the way.
