Headers ??????

hey i'm not sure if this question has been asked before or not i couldn't find an answer ? after installing headers do you have to tune your computer/ car to it ?

No, you dont have to. It is best though to get the knock retard under control. But, u can just get a knock module or put in a resistor so no.

yaah um i have a hypertech and it asks to tune for headers does that mean anything ??

you need to get rid of that hypertech and send it to pcmforless.com. They can set you up MUCH better and it costs about a 1/3.

LOSE the hypertech, you can get a Aldl cable, and an unlimited tuning package from Madz28.com, custom tuning is always better then hypertech

BTW, do not go with any shorty headers of any type. I went with shorties 1st and i hated them. Go with either mid-length or long-tubes if you don't have to worry about emissions.

PM speed engineering on this site. He has pacesetter longtubes non-coated for 259.99 and coated for 359.99? Or go to Speed-eng.com
