I got a 96Z28 and was getting headers. Do I need to order a set for 96 or would a set of 93 headers fit. No need for CAT, cause I was taking it off.

 

if you order pre 96 headers, they are made for a single cat setup so they won't fit your ypipe.

You can run a single cat setup headers though if you get a new ypipe and a S pipe to match up to your catback.

I'm getting a shop to make me a Y-PIPE stock ones are trash.. Also yanking cats off no need for them..

 

If you're getting a custom y-pipe, then any year 93-97 header would be fine.

 

Are you looking at longtubes or shorties?
